Refund policy
Because our health and wellness products are personal-use items, all sales are final - we can’t accept returns or exchanges just because you changed your mind, didn’t love the taste, or your results weren’t what you hoped for (we wish we could control everyone’s biology… but alas).
That said, we absolutely will make it right if something arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Clear photos of the product and the packaging (yes, even the box—it's part of the evidence 📦)
To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging and not heavily used, altered, or emptied.
What we can’t take back
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or used products, unless there’s a verifiable manufacturing defect.
Refunds or replacements
Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll choose one of the following:

Send a replacement (same item or an equivalent), or

Issue a refund to your original payment method
Heads up: if a request is missing key info or comes in after the 7-day window, we may not be able to approve it.
